One of my favorite aspects about designing and installing outdoor lighting is being with the client when they see the finished project for the first time. Their beautiful home, landscape & outdoor spaces can now be enjoyed at night. But this is only the beginning of a great relationship.

I’ve always felt that what separates companies is their customer service. The service industry is full of companies that do excellent work, but after the check clears they are hard to find. We have dealt with numerous clients that have had issues with their lighting systems but unfortunately were having trouble getting the contractor who performed the work to address the issues. Red Oak Design strives to take care of our clients. From changing 1 bulb to a new lighting system, we want to make sure they can count on us for all their needs.
